<p>Most everyone at some point has been employed at a company where some undeserving relative has been hired on and is &#8220;less than effective&#8221; at his or her job functions. This article from the DailyWTF? is a painful tale of one such ordeal. I do not know how accurate or true this yarn is but I&#8217;ve experienced situations like this personally and if anything, its a good read.</p>
<p>Its a story about Simon, a developer that is leaving his tech company for greener pastures elsewhere. Hes kind enough to spend time interviewing and training his replacement.
