Evidentaly, if one opposes the death penalty or is against the war in Iraq in Maryland, you are now a threat to the state.

One of the most stunning draconian statements came from the former state police superintendent who authorized the operation, Thomas E. Hutchins:

“I don’t believe the First Amendment is any guarantee to those who wish to disrupt the government,”

First amendment? Wow, down the chute we go! weeeee!
