Google enters the virtual ‘space’

Google has released Lively, a virtual space which allows google account users to create and customize chat rooms and invite friends over for virtual gatherings. Currently only Firefox and IE are supported browsers. Its a free download but from early reports, the performance is slooow. This seems to be Google’s attempt at Second life (even though it sounds like its more akin to Sony’s Home- if it ever comes out!).

Oops… MS shoulda done some QC

Looks like more RRODs from the Xbox 360 family of consoles, this time its the 360 Elite. It would be nice to see the failure rates for the Xbox 360 but I don’t see Microsoft releasing them anytime soon. It will be interesting to see how Microsoft’s PR machine responds to this accusation.

For those of you that remember Tecmo Bowl on the NES, Im sure no one could forget Bo Jackson. From Black20.com:
