What ever happened to the American Dream???

Saturday, October 8th, 2011

If you’ve been paying at least partial attention, you may have noticed that the world in in upheaval right now and the discontent is has now reached our shores and is manifesting itself into protests like the Occupy Wall Street movement. Basically what is happening in the world right now is that the global financial system is attempting a coup of various sovereign nations and governments by using debt as the instrument for takeover. We have the financial oligarchy trying to take over the world and some say, intentionally plunging the world into financial despair.

Well if this banking and finance stuff is too hard to keep track of and you are interested in what’s really happening right now, watch this video. Its 30 minutes and plus it s cartoon. Kid safe and educational.

At the very least, watching this video will make you aware of why things are the way they are in the world currently. For me personally, I felt like this as I was watching the video.

Thanks British Petroleum!!!!

Saturday, August 7th, 2010

Due to British Petroleum, the United States federal government and the super toxic Corexant 9, this is what its doing to the sealife in the gulf of Mexico. What used to be a sperm whale is now a chemically burnt and partially dissolved mass floating in the ocean. Too bad the big networks are just propaganda chat boxes and they wont display images like this. They want you to focus on Lindsay Lohan going to jail and other useless happenings.

When does it stop being a conspiracy?

Saturday, August 1st, 2009

tinfoil-hat1

For years throughout human history there have been the murmurings of dark alliances. Improbable and outrageous conspiracy theories regarding the “true” powers that controlled the world… and for years, despite evidence to the contrary, the people that have adamantly proselytized over and over that there was a “worldwide conspiracy to control the world by unseen powers” were dismissed as “alarmist” and “unbalanced”. While I do no argue that there are unbalanced people in this world recent world events have pushed some ugly truths out into the light.

The age old conspiracy was that there is a global international banking cartel that plots to subjugate every man, woman, and child on this earth through financial means is an old one. Growing up, I would watch as adults would guffaw in outrage and pass such ideas off as radical fringe behavior. I was guilty of the same behavior myself but the conspiracy cat is out of the proverbial bag at this point.

In a strange sort of way this financial collapse is a good thing for everyone (everyone who is paying attention that is…). Its positive in the regard that it has pushed into the light, the fact that the world’s banking and financial system DOES in fact run the civilized world. I don’t think it was planned this way but the “masterminds” behind this financial disaster forgot to include one important factor in their calculations, and that is the fact that greed takes on a life of its own and ends up consuming itself.

The financial institutions, investment firms, hedge funds and loan providers got so greedy, that its culminated into a “DEFCON 1″ scenario where the whole financial system was on the verge of total collapse. So in response, the insolvent banking systems, freshly “evaluated” from the recent government stress tests are now pillaging the very citizens in which they intended to enslave, and our government is in complete support of the saddling of insurmountable debt for many generations to come.

What does it say about the power structure in this country and more importantly, the world when the flailing banking and financial industry has consumed itself in endless greed and now crawl back to world governments and begged for bailouts? The government gives the banking system the bailouts they groveled for and in response, the banks take the money that the citizens have loaned them by proxy and then re-loan our money back to us with interest!

How much more uncapitalist can you get? So my question is “when does it stop being a conspiracy and start becoming fact?”.

Jesse Ventura verbally piledrives Dick Cheney!

Tuesday, May 12th, 2009

In an entertaining interview with Larry King on CNN, former Minnesota Governor Jesse “the Body” Ventura lets his opinions fly about the former villainous Vice president of the United States Dick “Shotgun” Cheney.

KING: A lot of things to go into, Jesse. What do you make of the Cheney/Limbaugh?

VENTURA: I don’t have a lot of respect for Dick Cheney. Here’s a guy who got five deferments from the Vietnam War. Clearly, he’s a coward. He wouldn’t go when it was his time to go. And now he is a chicken hawk. Now he is this big tough guy who wants this hardcore policy. And he’s the guy that sanctioned all this torture by calling it enhanced interrogation.

KING: Do you think Rush Limbaugh’s a better Republican than Colin Powell?

VENTURA: No, not at all. In fact, if you compare the two, let’s look at Colin Powell, who’s a war hero, who strapped it on for his country, and didn’t run and hide.

KING: Twice.

VENTURA: And then you look at Dick Cheney who ran and hid. I have no respect for Dick Cheney. I have tremendous respect for General Powell.

I wonder how talking head Neocons like Ann Coulter will respond. Not only was he a badass Navy SEAL in Vietnam, he was a professional wrestler as well. I guess that rules out the “far left liberal wussy” card… On another note, Mr. Ventura puts his money where his mouth is because he no longer lives in the United States and apparently now resides in Mexico. Ventura for President!

Heres the video clip from the Larry King show just in case you missed it…

019

For those of you who have played old school PC games from the 64k days, I have a neat site for you to check out. Its called Pixelmash theater. Some ingenious fellows named Foldsfive took the time to recreate classic movies in their pixelated glory. Think of it as an 8 bit cliffnotes versions of classics like Raiders of the Lost ark and Star wars! Ah, these little cinematic gems hearken back to the days of the Commodore 64 and the Atari 2600! Oh the memories…

If you’ve got some time to burn and your waiting for code to compile or even if your in a boring meeting or something, take a minute to check it out. Good stuff!

Isaiah Carey– reporter extraordinare!

Sunday, January 11th, 2009

Introducing News 4 reporter Isaiah Carey. The most hilariously entertaining reporter I’ve ever seen. In this first clip, Mr. Carey is attempting to shoot a piece in a field and a moth of some sort flies into his mouth at about 4 seconds into the clip. The well spoken reporter then reverts to some ghetto style expressionism afterwards.

In this clip he is unable to locate the local mayor and then forgets his line:

Apple to close i-tunes store?

Thursday, October 2nd, 2008

Money.co.uk is reporting that America’s Copyright Royalty Board will meet to discuss the raising of royalties for digital music purchases from 9 cents to 15 cents per song. THis leaves the “middlemen” of the digital music peddling business stuck with the bill. Eddy Cue, the VP of the itunes store said,

“If (the iTunes store) were forced simply to absorb any increase in its mechanical royalty rate, the result would be to significantly increase the likelihood of the store operating at a financial loss. Apple has repeatedly made clear that it is in this business to make money and most likely would not continue to operate (the iTunes store) if it were no longer possible to do so profitably”

With other apple products like the iphone depending on itunes activation and syncing, I wonder how this will affect the procedures if the store shuts down?

UPDATE: Looks like the appeal failed. Marketwatch is reporting that the rates will remain the same. The itunes store is safe.

Today’s top 25 brought to you by projectcensored.org. The top 25 big stories that the corporate controlled media have failed to inform the American people of.
